Carry and keep your water fresh with this hand-turned pitcher: with a slight porosity on the surface, it allows residual evaporation that carries the heat and keeps the freshness.

With a beautiful capacity (3 liters), the curved shape comes from the “poal” or “botija” of Catalonia, where it was used by anchovy fishermen from Collioure.

Very functional, this pitcher was quickly adopted by fishermen and peasants of Provence who also called “gargoulette”.
